For achieving higher threat level protection (Level III) inserts or rigid Dyneema laminated panels are inserted in the front pocket of BE-02 vests. Ballistic plates are made of the most advance ballistic materials like polyethylene and aramide fibers and modified thermosetting, thermoplastic matrices. With the new Dyneema UD76 technology there is important weight savings in personal armour, but the performances are still optional.
We produce them in BZP-01 type with dimensions 250x300 mm and weight of <=1,5kg.
Ballistic plates with protection Level IV are produced as combination of ceramic/composite with following dimensions 250x300 mm and weight of <= 3,5 kg.
